How does Pandora ring sizing work in Bali?
Pandora rings come in EU sizes 44–62 (US 3–10). If you do not know your size, we can deliver a free Pandora ring sizer to your villa first, you measure, then we order the correct size — adds one extra day to delivery. Or send us a measurement of an existing ring's inner diameter in mm and we convert it.
Will my new charm fit my existing Pandora bracelet?
If you already own a Pandora Moments bracelet (the classic snake chain), every charm in the Moments range fits — including this Pendant. The Pandora ME range uses smaller link-style charms and is NOT cross-compatible with Moments. Send us a photo of your bracelet on WhatsApp if unsure and we will confirm before ordering.
Do you offer gift wrapping and engraving?
Yes — every piece comes in the official Pandora pink gift box for free. Hand-tied ribbon and a gift card with your message also free on request. Engraving (on engravable charms, heart-clasp bracelets, ID tags) is done at our partner workshop in Seminyak — adds 1 day and Rp 100.000 for up to 20 characters.
How long does delivery take?
If the piece is in stock at a Bali Pandora boutique, same-day delivery to Canggu/Seminyak/Ubud/Uluwatu. If we order from Jakarta authorised online (Zalora, Pandora Indonesia online) it takes 2-3 working days. International shipping (e.g. sending a gift to family back home) is 5-7 days via DHL.
What is your return policy?
Pandora boutiques in Indonesia accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase if the item is unworn and in the original gift box. Engraved pieces and pierced earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. We help facilitate exchanges on your behalf if you are still on the island — bring it to us, we handle the boutique trip.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri), GoPay, OVO, Dana, or cash on delivery. You pay the retail price for the piece plus our flat Rp 50.000 service fee.
