What about wrist sizing — will the MR-G fit me?
The MR-G ships on an adjustable bracelet — we can have links removed at the Bali boutique (free service) or by a local watchmaker before delivery. Just send us your wrist circumference in mm.
How long does delivery take?
If the reference is in stock at a Bali Casio boutique (Beachwalk, Discovery Mall, Park 23) — same-day delivery to Canggu/Seminyak/Ubud/Uluwatu. If we order from Jakarta authorised online retailers it takes 2-3 working days. Premium references (MR-G, MTG-B3000) usually ship from Jakarta and take 3-4 working days.
Can I return the watch if it does not fit or I change my mind?
Casio Indonesia retailers do not accept change-of-mind returns once the warranty card is filled in. We can negotiate a strap exchange or sizing adjustment before final purchase. For this reason we always send you a video and photos of the exact piece before we close the transaction at the boutique.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri), GoPay, OVO, Dana, or cash on delivery. You pay the retail price for the watch plus our flat Rp 50.000 service fee.
